Light Up Halloween Trick or Treat Buckets (these are for purchase, but don’t buy them! You can easily make these by getting a store bought thin plastic bucket and some fairy lights that are battery operated like these, which can be found in Target or Walmart too.
Loosely wrap the lights around the inside of the bucket so it looks like a slinky and the candy can go in the middle. The wire is springy so you can leave it like that or you can tape them to the inside as you wrap them around from the top to the bottom of the bucket.
Avoid using hot glue as it may damage the lights and the bucket. I love this idea because it makes it easier to see your child at night while trick or treating on the street, and your child will probably think it looks pretty cool too!)
