About Us

Hi there! We are Road Trip Groceries, a nonprofit founded by four Arizona State University students.

We partner with local grocery stores to bring food to the homeless population in downtown Phoenix.

 

Here's how it works: our partners stock us up with groceries that are past the sell by date, but not past the expiration date. We take this food that is still fresh and good, and deliver it to the hungry via our food truck. This way, we can connect grocery stores that would be unnecessarily wasting food with those who are in need.
